You must submit a design file in .stl format. There is an option to install a metal sleeve for $15.00 extra. Metal sleeves must be supplied by the customer or we can purchase them and pass on the cost upon request. We offer surgical guide service from designing to finish as well.
Disclaimer: We only guarantee that the milling will be completed according to the design. Settings in the cement gaps and path of insertion could affect the fit of the crown. Any remakes for these reasons will be charged in full.
